Once payment is submitted, you’ll complete a quick intake form and schedule your onboarding call.
During the call, we’ll review your goals, preferences, and design direction for your custom system.
Setup takes about 7–30 business days depending on plan. When your setup is complete, we’ll schedule a Zoom demo for review and revisions. Once approved, you’ll receive your login credentials and training materials.

There are no long-term commitments. Each plan runs month-to-month and can be canceled at any time

Our goal is to maintain integrity in both the quality of our work and the client experience — every project receives our full attention, energy, and expertise from day one. As such, all sales are final. No refunds.

Yes. Each new system or website build includes a one-time setup fee that covers branding, automation, integrations, and full configuration of your platform. After setup, your monthly plan begins for management, maintenance, and ongoing support.

A few small costs may apply depending on your usage and setup. They’re minimal and based only on what your business actually uses.

Messaging & Calls
Client communication through text, email, or voice is billed per use, averaging $5–$10 per month.

Outbound SMS: $0.0079 per message

Inbound SMS: $0.0079 per message

Outbound Calls: $0.018 per minute

Inbound Calls: $0.0085 for local calls, and $0.022 per minute (toll-free)

Example: 1,000 texts and 50 one-minute calls cost about $9 total.

Revisions & Updates
Your plan includes monthly updates — minor edits like updating service descriptions, adjusting pricing, swapping photos, or refreshing copy and graphics. Anything beyond that, such as new page designs or automation builds, is considered a custom request and billed separately.

Extra revisions beyond your monthly allowance are $30 each, or you can make those edits yourself at no cost.

Additional Pages
Websites include a Home, Services, and Booking page. Extra pages can be added for $225 each.

Retail Add-On
Add an online shop for $75 plus $10 per product upload, or upload your own for free.

These flexible options keep your system lean, scalable, and cost-efficient — no hidden fees, no surprises.

You can connect your existing domain or purchase a new one during setup. If you already have a domain, we’ll handle the transfer and connection for you.

Yes. You can continue using your preferred payment processors or integrate new ones during setup. We’ll help you configure your checkout settings so clients can pay however they prefer.

Yes. Your site is built to grow with you. There’s a one-time setup fee for e-commerce activation and a small per-product upload rate if you’d like us to handle inventory uploads for you.

Standard sites include up to 4 custom pages (Home, About, Services, and Booking). Additional pages, landing pages, or funnels can be added at any time for an additional fee.
